Aero-Lab is a family-owned calibration laboratory built on more than 20 years of experience, integrity, and commitment to quality.

Our founder, Rita Perez, created Aero-Lab with a simple goal: to provide customers with accurate, dependable calibration services backed by honesty, reliability, and personal service. Over the years, she built strong customer relationships and established Aero-Lab as a trusted laboratory with deep roots in nondestructive testing (NDT) calibration.

When Aero-Lab was passed down to her daughter, Kristy Pantelakis, the company continued to build on those same values while expanding its technical capabilities and preparing for the future. Today, Aero-Lab is led by Kristy Pantelakis and Frank Pantelakis, who remain committed to maintaining the personal service of a family-run company while continuously strengthening the laboratory's technical expertise.

Our team includes an in-house ASNT Level III, providing specialized NDT knowledge to support the aviation, aerospace, and industrial sectors. Ryan Reyes serves as an NDT Calibration Specialist and holds Mitutoyo Level II certification in dimensional calibration. Frank Pantelakis also holds Mitutoyo dimensional calibration certification, further strengthening Aero-Lab's metrology capabilities.

In 2026, Aero-Lab achieved ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, an important milestone demonstrating our commitment to technical competence, traceability, quality, and internationally recognized laboratory standards.
Today, Aero-Lab continues to expand beyond its NDT roots, with growing capabilities in dimensional metrology, pressure, temperature, and other areas of calibration.

Meet the Team
Kristy Pantelakis
President

Kristy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Nova Southeastern University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Palm Beach Atlantic University. After 10 years as a pharmacist, she made a career transition to lead Aero-Lab, bringing her scientific background, leadership experience, and commitment to quality to the family-owned calibration laboratory.

Frank Pantelakis
Quality/Management
Frank holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. John’s University. After 16 years as a pharmacist, including 12 years in pharmacy management, Frank transitioned into his role at Aero-Lab, bringing extensive leadership experience, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and customer service.

Ryan Reyes

Ryan Reyes is an experienced NDT Calibration Specialist with a strong background in metrology and a wide range of calibration disciplines. He specializes in the calibration, inspection, and verification of NDT and precision measurement equipment and holds a Level II Metrology certification from Mitutoyo. His technical knowledge and hands-on experience support accurate, reliable, and high-quality calibration services.
